Memories Of The Moon

From Hearts On Fire, available soon

In the month
of her persistence
the moon cowers
in a haunted space
between memories
she worships
and the goddess
she will become.

Her invocations
spoken softly
soothe the delicate
geometry of faith.
A harmony of systems
inhale starlight
and exhale
early blooming love.

Reverence for
the goddess of spring
brings an echo of water

and creates pyramids
within the hallowed circle
while the seeding
begins anew.
